The hotel is very clean but a bit old. The beds are comfy, and the pool/hot tub are clean and nice. Surprisingly, the pool showers lacked hot water. The buffet breakfast is lacking variety and not worth the cost. Overall, I expected more from this hotel considering the price!

Was there for business. Upon my arrival while checking in, left my vehicle under carport while I ran in only to be greeted what looked like 2 homeless people at the door. Then having to walk past those 2 same men as a woman traveling alone after parking my vehicle. I felt extremely uneasy. While in my room I could hear people on both sides and the elevator digging, plus the never ending train traffic. Rooms were amazing, clean and efficient. Not much sleep. Check- out was seamless although my uneasiness was justified when finding out another patron had her vehicle broke into in the parking garage. ? Security So yet again felt uneasy walking outside to this parking. I walked with my phone recording not knowing what I may come upon. During my walk to my vehicle a man was screaming profanity. Never to return to this hotel

I attended a really beautiful event here but I was disappointed it was held on the same floor as the gym and pool. There must have been some kind of hockey tournament in town and we had several groups of teenage boys come down the hall out of the way to peek in. I was almost hit with a football twice by them when trying to go to the bathroom. The staff in the room dealt quickly with the unwanted guests but it would have been a better experience if there was someone to make sure children weren't playing in the halls just outside the event room.
