This place is really cool. It's like they're trying to be a new york boutique hotel but some features were really low quality so they don't quite pull it off. Staff was very friendly although the girl was new and couldn't answer some of our questions. Rooms were clean and was excited to try the bath in the middle but the jets didn't work. Didn't feel very safe with the keypad entry in my room with no other lock. Also keypad to enter hotel with a note on the door not to let strangers in...tbh if someone came up while I was going in and said they were staying there too I would let them in. All in all I would stay again it's right by Budweiser Gardens and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel. Loved our king bed room. Felt very luxurious. They have extra amenities you can add onto your bill -- roses, chocolates, etc. Only things I would add: handholds/bars for shower and tub, and a towel rack/towel dryer. There weren't enough places to hang up towels during a 2 night stay with no housekeeping (our choice). Would bump up from a 4.5 to a 5.

Absolutely nice hotel in the heart of London. The room is super nice in term of size and cleaners. Very nice choices of programs on TV and just located very conveniently near a paid parking.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the rooms are huge and nicely decorated. Our room didn't have a window, but had a locked door with a curtain in front which we found kind of strange. The hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaints staying here was lack of parking, and having to park far away in an area that felt unsafe. Walking at night on this street was not a fun experience. I know that's not the hotel's fault though obviously, but something to be weary of if you choose to stay here. Overall, the room was nice, the staff were nice, but the location has no parking, and isn't safe especially at night.
