Great, affordable hotel with excellent service. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Staff is friendly. Location is near both public transit and about a five minute walk from Times Square. Ten minute walk from Javits Center. Great views of the Manhattan Skyline. Only downside is that the four elevators which service a total of 37 floors (36 plus Lower Level), are very slow, even during slower times. Never more than a five minute wait, but still it was a longer wait than expected.

We booked this hotel as part of a package deal with British Airways. I was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews but I didn't need to be. Check in was fast and we loved the complimentary cookie (seriously good). We had a room on the 34th floor, and always managed to get in a lift within a few minutes except for one day when lots of people were checking out and the lifts were busier. The room was on the smaller side but absolutely fine for us. The view was incredible, especially at night. The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to times square, easy to get to subways and lots of midtown attractions are walkable. Its in a busy area, so may not be your cup of tea if you prefer a quieter location. The hotel had luggage storage which was really helpful on our last day, and Carlos sorted a transfer to the airport so we had a stress free final day before heading home. Would stay here again 👍

can’t believe the amount of bad reviews for this hotel! we stayed for 3 nights and don’t have a single complaint. The elevators were always quick for us and didn’t have to wait long. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were a great size for NYC, the beds were so comfortable, very clean and brilliant location - we were able to walk everywhere! Would 100% recommend and stay again- thank you!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked this hotel as part of a package with British Airways. As Hilton Diamond members, it was incredibly disappointing. We had to ask to change room after the first night due to load noises from the AC and neighbouring rooms using water, I’m a heavy sleeper and it was still unbearable. The receptionist we spoke to about our concerns said she could change us, but we had to come back later. When we came back later she hadn’t actually changed our room over at all. The guy on reception rectified this, but I’m glad it wasn’t a busy week. The room we moved into was identical, but without the noises at least. The rooms were small and cramped and very outdated. We originally extended our break to stay a further two nights but have switched to a different Hilton hotel. Location was good, but area a bit sketchy at night. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel or stay here again.

Great for solo travelers or couples ... Maybe not for families with kids. Small rooms, but quite clean. Lobby staff is friendly, which is pretty amazing considering what they have to put up with ... Just read some of these other reviews ... Geez! If you want a location near Times Square and subway access, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better place at this price point. Satisfied Hilton Diamond member. I'd stay again for sure.
