Good location, car park too expensive just find a private car park which is half the price. The staff I met were with frown not a smile. Good rooms however the toilet door it’s not a proper door, it’s a sliding door that doesn’t really close (it’s tough to describe) Breakfast not the best, food was missing and had to wait a long time to receive it.

The hotel's strategic location, within walking distance of both Liverpool One and Albert Dock, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The check-in process was impressively smooth, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. Our room, designed with families in mind, offered ample space for me and my two kids. The comfortable ambiance and thoughtful amenities made it a welcoming retreat after a day of sightseeing. One highlight was the breakfast experience. The variety of options catered to diverse preferences, and I particularly appreciated the inclusion of Weetabix, a personal favorite. The breakfast spread provided a hearty start to our days, ensuring we were energized for our adventures in Liverpool. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre exceeded my expectations with its prime location, family-friendly accommodations, and a breakfast selection that left a lasting positive impression. A truly satisfying stay in the heart of this vibrant city.

We stayed here for two nights. We enjoyed our stay. However the windows weren't that soundproof as we could hear the sounds from the road. The extractor fan in the toilet didn't work. The room was clean, spacious, the bathroom was quite big compared to other hotels. Strangely and never seen in other hotels, the bathroom does was weird. It was a sliding door and never closes competely. Soap, the pillows were more comfortable. Certainly worth booking the room with the view of the dock. Amazing views! It is very close to the city centre and the dock. The breakfast was tasty but crowded and, in certain times, it appeared that the hotel was low in staff. Parking is in the basement and we paid £20 for 24 hours. There was no discount contrary to what was written on their website. Overall it was a good experience.
