The hotel's warm and inviting atmosphere immediately made me feel at ease. The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall,the stay was a wonderful experience.

Overall, I like the hotel especially the breakfast selection that have variety of food from western and local. The service from the staff is superb. Ms Anissa is very helpful, caring and attentive to my family. She is very sweet and caring to my son that needs some drink not in the selection. I also like the reception and concierge that very helpful and caring. I ll definitely come back here to stay in north Jakarta.. this ambiance is very relaxing that I call it a vacation.

This hotel is amazing! The staffs are warm and super friendly. We even got an upgrade as their hospitality. The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Full of amenities. The hotel cafe is affordable. There is an access to food centrum (so many restaurants) and also there’s a convenience store available near the hotel. We have to catch our so early flights at 4.30AM, the staffs are ready and this hotel has good location. Thank you Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran! We definitely will come back.
