Was a comfortable stay. Front desk was amazing. Made every request easy and informative especially Katie and Kate. Fitness area was adequate. Food was great. l Left my glasses in the room. They located them but I don't know how they will get them to me. Other than that we felt comfortable and secure.

Hilton hotel from Hell! Avoid!! First, they misled you online that a Jacuzzi was in your room when it was actually outside. My room was cold all night. I asked them to move me and they refused until maintenance looked at the AC unit. I returned several hours later and the AC unit was cranked up to 90 and blowing cold air. I asked a second time to move and they said that maintenance said it was okay. They said they would meet me in the room and never showed. During my 3-day trip they have refused to move me to a new room. I froze for 3 days. I asked for refund and was refused .The third issue is that the maids quickly tossed in a couple of towels and did not make my bed for room service. The showers are too small to move around in. The TV channels are few with limited choices. You have to pay $25 for Continental Breakfast. You pay extra for parking for no reason. The room view is gross and disgusting. The elevators are gross, not working well ( you can here them squeak when moving and hard jolts) and disgusting. Staff is rude. 3 days total no trash pickup, bed made, towels service. I had to keep calling desk for towels. Any 1* hotel would be better than this. I expected better from Hilton!

I see comments from 3 months ago that the elevator service has been changed and the elevators will be fixed. The elevators are not working properly. They are on temp permit from several months ago and need serious help. I have never felt so unsafe. Something is going to happen. Bartender/waiter service took over 20 minutes when there were less than 10 guests. Rooms are ok. Reception staff never once said hello the numerous times I came and went.

The service is an absolute disaster. I booked 2 nights and had a change in plans. Needed to cancel and provided over a week's notice and was denied the ability to cancel. I talked to Kate (Manager) and she was a nightmare. Extremely brash and arrogant - she provided no support or alternatives to the situation. It's no wonder the reviews are low with staff like that representing the brand. This is a disgrace for IHG.

My favorite hotel in the Del Mar area. The pool is amazing, the food is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the come to clean every day. The most welcoming and accommodating staff ever. I stay here several times a week for business travel, and I’ve been treated so well by every single person that works there. Abad, Elva, Joe, Kate, Richie, Alyssa, and every one I’ve ever met working the front desk are honestly the reason I’ve made this Hilton location my go-to because that are incredible. Also Jeremy, Mark, and Brian are the bartenders and they are so kind and their drinks are amazing.
