The hotel was decent. For the price, and this being a Double Tree, I expected better rooms. From the old LG TV to the carpets, these rooms need to be updated! The staff was awesome all through the hotel. Can't say anything negative about them. The facilities were basic but enjoyable.

What ever happened to helping out the traveler? I booked this hotel online because we had an early flight the next morning. By mistake, I booked it one day before we were supposed to leave. The hotel wasn't full, but they would not do anything to accommodate us. We are lucky to be able to pay the extra night, but many are not. This is something they could have easily accommodated, but they were not willing. Their shuttle service, like many others in the area, don't start til 5am, so if you have a 6am flight, you have to take a cab anyway. We ended up at the Holiday Inn Express around the corner. Better fares, no $30 overnight parking, and an I credibly helpful and friendly staff that made our bummer of an evening much better. Skip this place and go to Holiday Inn instead!

This is the worst hotel I've experienced in a decade. The rooms appear to have been last renovated during the Clinton administration and the wireless internet feels like it's from the same era very slow and unreliable. You won't get much work done from your room. All the food on property is expensive and low-effort. Parking is $30 a day and forget about in-room amenities - there aren't any. No fridge, no microwave. There is a coffee maker, but I didn't risk it. The handle to my room didn't work if you pushed down, but a very nice member of housekeeping told me to pull up hard on the handle to open the door. That worked most of the time. Hilton really needs to fix this place - it's a terrible hotel.

The rooms could definitely use an upgrade. But overall the hotel is nice. I’m very happy that you have peloton bikes however, you have clipping petals. First of all there are more than one so bringing shoes for the occasion would be challenging and second of all most people don’t bring their biking shoes so it would be really nice if you guys would put the flat pedals with the cages on there Like most hotels. It is very hard to do the spin classes in your regular shoes with clip type paddles.

Ok. So I spent one night at this location back in 2019 and decided to permanently cross it off my list....Fast forward to 2024, and I forgot about that decision and booked for one night. It's definitely gotten even worse since then. I don't need to reiterate the issues as all of the other reviews have stated the issues. I've been a Diamond member for a while, but so many of the Hilton properties have really tanked (except for Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn). The issues with this hotel are not uncommon with the Hilton brand these days, but this is one of the worst. Since Hilton has been a bit sketchy, I've been gaining some status with Hyatt...the irony is, there are TWO brand new Hyatt properties across the street.... one I can see from my "balcony." Sigh
