A staff called Mitchell was very rude. We have been long time Hilton Honor members. This location is close to work, and we come here regularly for brunch. Today I was just here getting coffee after work and Mitchell charged to me that if I didn't have room I am not welcomed to stay in the lobby! Really...? That's how Hilton treats its clients??? The Hilton facade???

There were dead roaches in the room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before our stay. Cheap price but you get what you pay for. Staff was unapologetic but did say their pest control people would review the room and then call me so hopefully they stick to their word and I’ll be open to changing my review.

This was a nice, clean place to stay. The shuttle driver from the airport was especially nice. Nice staff. Wish the bar was open later than 9:00 on a Saturday.

They've really treated me right. I checked in late in the day and I forgot to use my Hilton phone app. The lady at the front desk upgraded me because I asked for a quiet room and she put me in a two-room suite with two bathrooms up on the fourth floor, beautiful room. Comped my parking and gave me extra coffee for the coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and I would definitely stay at this property again

Relatively new building with nice lobby and rooms. Every staff member is excellent and an asset for the operator of this facility. Breakfast from menu is awesome. If I were to say something low about this, it’s not the facility but the location. It’s surrounded by some pockets of unfortunate areas to walk around. You are good if you don’t bother about it and not looking for nice restaurants in walking distance.
