Overall experience was fine and location is great, but I guess I expected more for the price. Breakfast is not included. Parking is fine and the staff were nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the downside was that we were in a corner room next to the elevator, which was incredibly loud up until around 10-10:30pm. Then, around 4am traffic on it would pick up again and you could hear it in the room — even with the tv on. It woke me up a few times the first night, but I got used to it and it wasn’t such a big deal the second night. Still, it was a little frustrating, especially for the price.

I’m writing this from my sister-in-law’s account since I don't have a google account set up here. So first off… what excellent customer this hotel offers its guests! I wanted to send a special shout out to Mario. We were already having a tough time with our trip where everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I called your hotel along with a few others and Mario was so polite, professional and understanding to our situation that I booked right away. Mario was more than willing to help us - even before making the reservation and finding out I was Dimond Member. He showed us, he really cared about the guests regardless of their status. Mario gave us excellent service and went above and beyond. Thank you Mario and all the staff for a great stay!

I stayed at the Tucson-Reid location on Thanksgiving day and was very disappointed-- 2 stars is generous. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The hotel's exterior is very old & poorly maintained. Although the interior was decorated, the hotel is very outdated & old. My room looked equivalent to a stay at a decent motel- carpet was dirty, bedding was stained, beds were poorly made up, refrigerator under the TV was unplugged/not working, bathtub was dirty. I immediately requested a room change, and was moved to a "better" room in the main building (near the lobby), but unfortunately, the quality was not much better. I did not feel comfortable showering in the room, so I made other arrangements with family I was visiting nearby. The only positives were the warm cookies at the front desk & the friendliness of the attendant who checked us in. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
