I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was the most incredibly disappointing experience. Despite booking a NON-SMOKING room and being nonsmokers, we were shocked to discover a 300€ charge for allegedly breaking the non-smoking policy upon checkout. Despite our protestations, the hotel failed to provide any evidence to support this claim or rectify the situation. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel to avoid unjust and unexpected charges. The hotel staff must correct this mistake URGENTLY.

Location is good. Very close to Hbf, therefore, good for short business or weekend stays. Service is subpar and at best okay. Our room was unfortunately really funky smelling. There was a constant wet humid stench. Carpet is really old and dirty. Opening windows doesn't help. Streets are very loud outside at times. Overall it's an okay hotel if you aren't looking for much.

Excellent location, nice staff, the room was lovely. We paid to use the kitchenette and it was definitely put to good use. The carpet isn't the cutest, but we didn't care. The Bulgarian housekeeping lady was so very nice. We will definitely stay here again. It's not the Ritz, but it was perfect for us. Very clean and the bed was so comfie.

Location is near busy central metro hub. Surrounding area has lots of foot traffic and homeless people is visible. Convenient to shops, foods, and transportation. Hotel room is clean and roomy. No AC and furnishings are bare basics. Shower is extremely small but water pressure is okay. We were provided a fan for the room, hairdryer and a safe box. The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. The elevator works but a bit slow. I would consider stay here again but not during hot summer day. I would use my own towels because theirs is a bit scratchy.

Unfortunately, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I do not recommend it at all.... I booked on the eDreams website and the reservation was for three people... two adults and a 5-year-old child. When I came to the hotel, I found only one yacht for two people, and the child did not have a yacht or even a cabin. He sleeps on it and I told them that, but they did not find a solution for me and they told me that it is not your problem with us and we cannot solve it. You must pay for the child...and I have already paid for three people, and all of that is in the reservation, and they told me, yes, there is a reservation for three people, but you did not ask us on the phone before. If you come, that is your problem...is this logical...is this a respectable hotel...never at all...it is the first and last time
