Very well run hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, very well appointed. Modern amenities, great breakfast buffet and international staff. However, Head's up, for the more mature traveler; the beds are on the smaller side and extremely firm. I slept on more comfortable wooden benches. 😆 🤣 I actually asked if they have a padding for it. Unfortunately for my hips and shoulder none were available and all the rooms featured the same torture beds. I am hoping that corporate gets to see this comment, because this is an easy problem to fix.

Hamptons in the states are much nicer than here. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke throughout. The rooms are NOT clean. There was poop on our bathroom wall. The first room we got --the bedsheets were never changed (!). We requested another room and this one has trash underneath the desk and poop splatter on the wall. An absolute disgust! We made the mistake by booking two nights here. Worst mistake the entire trip! We advised the front desk and they did not care at all. We even mentioned the cigarette smoke and they threatened us that if we smoke they will charge us. 😂 I don't think we would complain if we smoke 🙄😂🙄 We had to keep the window open the entire time we stayed there, because it stunk so much. Hampton!! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Breakfast is good and the location is great being able to walk to Oktoberfest but that's it. Major cons leading to a 2 star review; 1. The AC hasn't worked for 4 days. Many other reviews saying the same. 2. The bed is hard as a rock and incredibly uncomfortable. 3. They don't really clean the rooms, they just make the bed and replace the towels 4. Staff has been so so with service. We asked for an additional comforter/blanket, again because the bed is so uncomfortable, and they said it was not possible...what?! 5. The wifi has been incredibly slow. 6. The mirror is our room has a huge crack throughout it My wife and I are both Hilton honors members, have stay at Hiltons all over the world, and this is the worst.

Mohammed is a very kind employee who hosted us very well. Unfortunately I can’t tell you the same for the two girls in the reception (they were in the other hotel where the bar and restaurant was closed). No smile, no welcoming nothing. We were charged for a room we couldn’t even use because it wasn’t ready by 5 p.m. in the evening. When we wanted to report, she came to teach us a lesson in a very high pitched voice. Well, the red haired receptionist was eager to calm us down and she gave us three vouchers as compensation. I want to thank her for her politeness and hospitality.
