I booked 6 months in advance and fully paid. When the date got closer, we tried to contact and ask for bike rental support. They told us the booking WOULD be canceled because they would prioritize other customers who booked the room for the whole month. We were so desperate as it was the holiday season, and any last-minute surprise was not what we had enough time to handle. The worst part was the salesman’s reaction when we reached out. No apology. As if it was nothing wrong to cancel a customer’s booking for that kind of irresponsible reason. They didn’t even plan to inform us but only let us know when we took the initiative and called them. I do not recommend this place. Worst service.

These pictures must have been taken YEARS ago....this is NOT what it looks like at the moment! I just had a horrible experience here. Changed my room because the AC wasn't working and the floor was dirty, to end up in an even dirtier room (hair and dust all over the place), mold and a very bad moldy smell, ants in my bed, mold inside the fridge (!!) etc. I woke up coughing during the night and checked out the following morning. I barely got an apology, and the owner basically admitted that the room was not cleaned (no kidding). He even wanted to charge me the full amount. Stay away!!

Smells like mold and has cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. The bed is horrible (hard as a rock). You can hear the neighbours screaming all night from the street. We felt extremely uncomfortable and left our reservation early.
