BEWARE OF FRAUD🙏 I bought this accommodation for a month, through AirBnb through an account with the same name as the hotel. Hotel managment told me on the hotel that they don't offer the hotel on AirBnb, so they don't have any money or a reservation🙈 Maybe it's not hotwl's fault, but beware and don't buy on AirBnb However, I do not recommend this hotel. I went to see the rooms and they are much older, destroyed and not maintained compared to the photos. In addition, there is a very loud building next door.

large studio with kitchen and 2 beds. Cleaning every day, bed linen changed once a week. No insects. Hot water in the shower every day, excellent water pressure. The reception staff is responsive and polite and will help if you have any questions. The perfect combination of comfort and many cafes with delicious food nearby

Yen Vy hotel and apartment's, It was in a great location for sure, walking streets, lots of restaurants and mini marts, bars etc. Walking distance to the beach! Perfect. A lift, the best shower ever! I stayed here for 5 weeks, loved my studio apartment. There was no cooking/utensils. I Asked at reception, and they gave me what l needed. Enough to see me through. Needs updating a few pots and pans! The reception staff where beautiful, Kha good English and lovely, no complaints there, very accommodating, always smiling. Great wfi, The cleaning, needs a little improvement! In saying that! I would definitely stay again.. great location, and ease of getting around. Again, loved my studio apartment. The price was amazing 👏

Staff are not friendly, not even a hello or smile when we arrived. They checked us into our room early for there to be dirt and dry food on the side, bins still full from previous guests and a door being held shut by some dirty tissue. The kitchen has no cutlery or basic utensils - other than a frying pan that is filthy with a horrific smell from it when you open the cupboard. The bedding was also not very clean, with stains and not a great smell from it. We gave the key almost instantly back whilst we went out for a few hours and asked them to clean the room, when we came back nothing had been done. After asking 3 times, they finally agreed to clean the room. We watched how this was done and the standards were so poor. They told us they didn’t see an issue and that they don’t have any sprays. Once checked out and left for a day, the hotel messaged accusing us of taking something. When we asked what they think we took they only replied with “…”. Rubbish excuse of a hotel, extremely run down, nothing like the photos. Plenty of other options to stay at for the same price or better.
