Amazing room - the bedsheets were a very high cotton count, so very comfortable. The breakfast was lacking options and quality, considering the price per night; the best thing was the omelette station. Dinner a la carte was excellent.

one of the best hotels you can stay in. Very very clean room and bathroom, kind staff. breakfast is good. the hotel have fantastic view. I will book here again in my next visit

First of all, I skipped lunch due to the reception did not say info about lunch time. They said we would tell you later at the same date. Second, dinner is from 8 to 9. There are no options for dinner - mushroom soup and rice. to get something else I should pay additional money.

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole travel experiences. Rude staff in front desk and no one was willing to assist for an early check in (We had to wait almost 3 hours) only when the check in time reached he gave us our rooms. didn't show any understanding that we were a big family 8 people and we just arrived from the airport. Was not willing to assist.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels that you can find at this price point in Tbilisi. Also, being outside of the city, there is much less pollution, and the facility also has a fantastic pool. The cleaning staff are professional and friendly. The rooms look good at a surface level, but it's hard to find a room without some severe flaw. Some of the showers have no water pressure, some rooms have broken chairs, broken bath tubs, or broken door handles. Additionally, the quality of service is severely lacking. For anyone traveling to this part of the world, be prepared to fight to be treated fairly. During our stay, we paid for a room with lounge access. On one of the days, we were denied lounge access because the owner of the hotel would be here. We were told that he'd only be occupying the room for a few hours, and that they would not refund us for the extra we paid for the day. I hope this person saves enough money to visit my hotel one day. I will deny them access to their room for a few hours because as the owner, I'll be holding a conference in her hotel room. I will not be refunding her for the inconvenience.
