This hotel has a great location near the airport and its exterior design is remarkable for a four-star hotel. The staff is professional, especially Diana, the Public Relations Manager, who is very hospitable. At the reception, George from Georgia was very friendly and assisted us with booking our transport to Gudauri. The breakfast selection is varied and Diana ensures that everything is in order. The rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping team makes sure to clean and replace the pillow covers, bed sheets, and towels. We are pleased with the customer service here and the overall neatness of the hotel. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back!

Overall very cozy and clean room. They serve good breakfast but have pork sausages Pros Near to airport- 20 mins Fast room service Clean and cozy Receptionist speak fluent English Best part the hotel dogs give you security and act like your body guards when you go out at night Cons Only one 3 pin socket The bathroom floor doesn’t have any drainage so water gets clogged Couldn’t lock the main door No halal food The piano was played too loudly during morning breakfast and it was unpleasant

Just back from our stay in this hotel, we have stayed in 2 different rooms. The first room was in the old section, very small, horribly maintained, towels were worn out, and the bathroom smells and shows that it hasn’t been renewed since a long time. Also there’s no magnifying mirror in the toilet and no mirror near the table. The first room had a balcony which was a good thing. As for the second room in the new/renovated section, it was a bit better than the first one, but it had no balcony. The room was a tad bit bigger than the first one, bathroom as well isn’t well maintained with no magnifying mirror. Both rooms had very basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and soap). It was surprising not to find other toiletries, also rooms had no tissue box and when I requested one they said they can’t provide. Rooms weren’t cleaned regularly and we informed the receptionist. Since the room wasn’t cleaned coffee and tea weren’t restocked, when I requested from the reception, initially he wanted to pay for them as he has to get from the restaurant stock and not the room service stock which of course i refused. Breakfast is far from good, extremely basic and the dining hall smell was really bad. They don’t offer omelets until after breakfast buffet is closed which is kind of useless. I believe they don’t deserve to be rated as 4 stars hotel at all.
