Avoid at all cost. The people have a really bad attitude and don't worry much. When we arrived, another a guest checking in said they have cheated him. He booked a room with a window. Turns out there are only 5 rooms in the hotel with windows. When this guest confronted the receptionist, the receptionist started screaming instead of helping sort out the problem. Damp rooms with little air ventilation in a humid area. The rooms are not entirely clean with damage everywhere. We decided to cancel and book at another hotel.

If I could I’d give it zero star. Horrible filthy rooms. Rotten stinking smell in the restroom. Nothing works right. Turn on shower water goes everywhere and floods the bathroom. Water in the taps is not clean and smells really bad

I came to Ha Noi very first time first hotel checking in nice and smooth young kid speck well and being very helpful with directions and local events information later I extended a few more days offer some extra services for me with no extra charge both staffs I met are very nice to me and my wife I will recommend anyone should come here to stay me and my wife stay here for total 8 days love the workers nice and friendly thanks for good experience Nick

Positives - the location is great. The staff was friendly. Negatives - The first night we came back to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. When they came to see why it was dripping there was a soaking wet tile in the ceiling. It was obviously a known issue and they put a new towel up there. After they did that we did not have hot water anymore but they said they'd we'd change rooms the next day. After changing room things were much better but the 2nd room was very noisy as it had a very thin wall connecting to the next hotels staircase. We heard people walking around quite a bit but at least we had hot water. I would not stay here again.
