I stayed here during my trip to London last February with a friend. The location is excellent - easy to walk to the tube or bus station - there's also everything you need close by (food, grocery, pharmacy). It is a safe and accessible part of the city. Our room was clean and not only was the staff kind/helpful on a number of occasions (we stayed a week), but our daily breakfast was delicious! We were skeptical after reading some reviews, but I am pleased to say that our stay was lovely and I'd happily stay there again. Highly recommend! Also wanted to note that Chaimaa who worked at the front desk was particularly kind and helpful during our stay.

The hotel is ideally situated near metro stations, it's a 5 minute walk to Hyde park. Room was good, brand new bathroom and clean towels every day.. The room had tea/coffee facilities which was great after a long day. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was superb with lots to choose from. I must say I was highly impressed with the breakfast staff. Quick efficient and polite. I don't think I've ever witnessed such teamwork!! Well done to them. Good value for money. Added extra was being able to leave our luggage as we had flight late at night.

Super simple, cute and clean! We had a triple room, was small but spacious. Our view was not good (side of another building) but window opens for fresh air. We had coffee, tea and cookies in our room. Breakfast in the morning downstairs was very simple but nice. Location was close to public transportation. Hyde park is down the small street. You can walk to Buckingham Palace through the park. Train from Heathrow and and a 10 min, nice, safe walk to the hotel!
