Nightmare Experience - Arrogance, Broken Elevator, and Unbearable Conditions” This hotel has extremely poor customer service. The staff is very arrogant. The hotel has a very unreliable elevator that doesn’t work properly. I witnessed them trying to fix it right in front of me, and I was genuinely afraid it might break down while going up. The room was terrible - it smelled bad, was dirty, and the air conditioning was loud. I even saw a receptionist sleeping on a couch in the lobby at night. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Stay far away from it if you don’t want your trip to turn into a nightmare. The hotel also refuses to issue an invoice for the company, which is absurd because every other hotel does it without any issues. I will never stay here again

People there are very friendly, you feel welcomed from the first moment, the restaurant offers mainly Iraqi food, however there are many restaurants and super markets near by. Getting a taxi is very easy, don't take the ones parking near by the entrance as they will charge you high, just walk for 1 minute far from the entrance and you can get the perfect price. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a walk distance.

The good point, other than the location, is that: we reserved online and reached in less than one hour from our reservation, all available rooms were ready and prepared. But the hotel is old, the room was not like in photos, we had to switch to a suite. The bathroom door lock was broken, noisy A/C, no carpets while in winter, no slippers in the room we had to ask for it. taxi was 70% more expensive than the normal taxis in the town.
