If there is low than one star i will give it , will never ever recommend it to anyone to stay here .clean level is zero .everything is old and broke here the bed sheet they are very old and cutting the curtains beside the bathroom never gets clean the towels are very dirty smells very bad too . This is my worst stay all over . The wifi always interrupts. The hotels haven’t gym or pool as well . Food also is not fresh i had the breakfast twice made me sick .zeroooooo star not recommended at all 😡😡

I can't give less than one Star!! It was the worse experience we have ever done!! The rooms are in a very bad condition, the ceiling is loosing some pieces!! We even found hair in the shower and the jacuzzi was loosing a lot of water from the sides!! The pillows have huge stains on them and the towels are extremely used!! Adding also the continuous annoying noise till 3 4 am!! Definitely not recommended!! Do not lose your money!! Take a hostel is much better than this place that i can't even call a hotel!! So I don't know how they dare to even say it is a 4-stars hotel!!

One of the worst experiences ever. The service is just beyond bad and they tricked me and cancelled the booking through the agency although I stayed in their hotel so I can not write a review and they don't pay the agency itself. the jacuzzi had electricity problem and it was dangerous to use. the reception was respectless and each time you wanted something you needed to tell them 10 times in order for them to do it. Also, the room was not clean at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and being tricked by the pictures cause maybe in the past it was that good but recently it is beyond any expectation.

Safety of the rooms must be improved this was a three star hotel. Must have fire alarms even if guests do not smoke. Jacuzzi was nice. Would come here again if they sorted it out the safety. Counter front desk staff weren’t nice pretty rude at times. The workers who helped us in the air con were helpful may have had a bad day or something. Good in helping us get a taxi. Air con was alarming rusty must be cleaned. Rooms were clean. Sofa bed needs to be cleaned.
