Very good apartments. Well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, extra large bed in the bedroom and the sofa was quite comfortable. Wifi works perfectly. Location is excellent, near Keplerplatz U1 metro station, Lidl and Hofer near by. Very good value for money, I recomend it.

Pros -Apartment style room , The space is large enough for 3-4 people. -The big room has a King size bed for 2 people. -The living room has a sofa bed , big enough for 2 people - Kitchen equipment, Refrigerator , Sink, Utensils -A bathoom is separated from the toilet. -Washing machine in a bathroom -Near the train station -Many restaurants near the room Cons -The way to contact the owner of the room is difficult and takes a long time to answer -The owner is not flexible. -Registration of accommodation is very difficult. Must be done at 3 o'clock in the afternoon only because the owner cannot be contacted -The heater does not work.

After reconsidered deeply, I think I have to comment for reminding some people who are considering booking this apartment within good polite feedback when you asked help. The apartment only provided flooring heating and thin quilt but the actual inside temperature was lower than what the panel showed, even you cannot find any temperature sensor inside. Meantime, the control panel was locked by owner/building management when I asked the help. Hope more people could see what owner/building management advised. One more thing, you shall not to ask the good WIFI signal quality because you have to prepare the unlimited internet package by yourself. Conversation: [09:02, 2022-12-24] Eric Wang: Good morning. Although the flooring heater set up 25 degree(highest maximum), the bedroom temperature is around 19-20 degree and the quilt is very thin which seemed being for the summer, not winter. We had got up by cold in the early morning(from yesterday and today), especially today’s early morning felt more cold. ——>Please help to provide thicker quilt or blanket. 2. The WIFI “Duschel-2” didn’t work after 0:00, and only can connect the weak WIFI “Duschel-3”. On the other hand, Duschel-3 is slowly and not easy to connect. ——>Please help to turn on Duschel-2 in the night time. Hope to get your help and have warm and comfortable stay. We were 10 people spending 10 days in 3 apartments. This has been a wonderful time. Apartments are huge and very well equipped: a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with a tube and washing machine. Air dryer, iron, toaster... everything is included. They also provide towels, linen, toilet paper and beds are already done at arrival! The apartments are air conditioned and ideally located near train and subway stations and with lots of facilities in the vicinity (bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops). You even have a spar opening daily from 7:30 to 23:00 in the hauptbahnhof. Main bed is very large and comfortable. However, the sofa is quite small. So, this is really fine for up to 3 people in each apartments, but a bit difficult to be 4 people sleeping. Also do not forget to take a sleeping mask in summer as there are no shutters on the windows. Last but not least: our host was very kind and helpful!

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. I had a good time here. The apartment is clean with basically all amenities that I need for a short trip. There's a small open kitchen (an oven included) where I cooked noodles for breakfast. I used the washing machine inside the bathroom (washing powder provided) daily to do my laundry. The balcony is great. I could not only hang my clothes there, but also enjoy my breakfast there early in the morning. The location of the apartment is very good. It's very close to the Keplerplatz station on the U1 line of the metro, which is just a few stations away from the major tourist attractions of Vienna. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. All in all, this is a nice place to stay at.
