We would definitely recommend Grandis Villas to rent a condo in Jomtien or Pattaya. For 9 months, we had excellent service from Grandis Villas for their Wongamat Tower condo. Grandis Villas reservation manager, Vova, replied within 10 minutes to all my emails. Everything worked so well! Check in and checkout was very smooth. Nothing was a problem. The lease agreement and payment times are very clear and easy to understand. Wongamat Tower is a great place to live. The nicely decorated condo’s sea views are beautiful. This is very enjoyable living. The kitchen is fully outfitted including a good oven and stove top. The sofa makes into a comfortable bed. The mezzanine bedroom has beautiful views, big closets and comfortable bed. The facilities are well maintained. The rooftop pool gives great views. The reception and security staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We miss them. Wongamat Tower is a perfect place to stay. Grandis Villa's reservation manager, Vova is a very friendly and efficent property manager and makes the stay perfect.

This company charges 5000 Baht deposit on check in. We booked the hotel at 8pm and arrived at the hotel at midnight and they asked us to pay 5000 Baht immediately in cash, or we would not be allowed to check in. The charges for electricity and water were extra. We were shocked to hear about these charges and did not have 5000 in cash to give as deposit. We were asked to go to an ATM at midnight or we could not check in. The gentleman who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude and even lied about the truth of the whole situation to Agoda. This company is not reliable, friendly, and doesn’t care about the customer, they only care about terms and conditions. If this was a good business they would not look just at money, but rather at the fact that is is midnight and it is not right to send a customer outside just for money. We offered to pay 1000 Baht deposit, which is the standard in all hotels, however this was rejected and we were shows the small writing under the terms and conditions, I am extremely disappointed and will never use Grandis Villas again.

I rented an apartment in Phuket, but ran into a problem, the agency that rented it to me turned out to be scammers, they refused to provide documents and TM30 registration, and they closed their office and stopped responding, and I really needed these documents and registration for a visa. I was faced with the fact that friends and acquaintances absolutely don’t give a damn about your problems, and your compatriots helped you in difficult situations, they want to raise more money on you, as a result, no one can help with either advice or action and you don’t know what to do. Next, I accidentally found Grandisvillas, described my situation and suddenly received real help. Within 2 days, the agency began to respond and sent me the owner’s contact information, the owner re-entered a direct contract with me, lowered the rental price and registered. I can't help but recommend it. 🙏
