Pretty good apartment complex with decent pool and gym. The management company is absolutely fantastic 👍🏻 Sound proofing of walls and windows leaves much to be desired, unfortunately. Can be quite noisy from the street and aircon units in the building. Thus, 4 stars. Good area, mostly Thais living here, plenty of dining options and local bars walking distance away, 7-11 store 30 meters from the building.

Love living here. The maintenance of this place is top notch. Probably the best pool in Chiang Mai. I’ve seen them clean the pool almost every single day. Very helpful support staff. Plus the location of this place is on point.

Great location, good place to stay, nice swimming pool and good community. Have local market nearby. Convenient to get to the old city and popular areas. :) contract me if you want to get this place to stay for short term.

Lived here for just over 2 months and our experience was great. The condominium is overall quite peaceful and well kept. Good swimming pool for laps and small gym available. The condominium is close to the market, eateries, and various amenities, which is very convenient. The condos in Building B facing the local bar downstairs get a couple of hours of noise at night time (till midnight) which could be an issue for light sleepers.
