I'm really disappointed with this hotel. Picture advertised are completely different from the reality. Facilities are old and broken, and the toilet makes noise sound, not cleaning the dust everywhere on tables, chairs, bed, and so many short hair on bed. I have to do my own cleaning. This is my first bad experience ever. Not recommended 😕

Booked the room via Agoda for early December 2023 trip and when we arrive the reception said the booking has been cancelled without any prior notice. The staff says it’s due to electrical issue while other staff says it’s due to booking system.

Poor hotel hygiene. No phone are working, Toiletries are old and dirty, even water kettle was used by someone and not clean. Not a standard of Vietnam.

I booked a room through Agoda, and their attitude was so bad after they knew I booked it thru this platform. They said it was cheap, so I could not get the type of room that I booked on the website. I never experienced that bad customer service. Their room did not fill the hand wash and body wash, the toilet paper was used and not clean. The lobby was messy. The blanket had a big hole, and it smelled bad. Their staff was sleeping during night time. My friend recommended me to stay at this hotel. He used to stay there last year, and their service was amazing. I don’t know what happened to them this year. I hope they can improve their services.
