So, the location of this hotel is quite good near Mongkok and the MRT is 200m away. Lot of shops and eateries around. The service was also good, and the room and bathroom were clean. But I had 2 issues in here: first one was bedbugs. My room was on the 15th floor. I've got bitten the last days of my check-out. It is very unpleasant and I hope I didn't bring these back home on my luggage. Second one was the smell of the room. The lady at the check-in told me it was a non smoking hotel but my room was stinking the smoke. It makes no sense. Unpleasant as well. I would not come back again even if the price is attractive.

A great stay in this no frills E hotel for 6 days. The hotel is quite new & well maintained. We stayed in a family room, the room size is just nice & it’s well equipped, clean & tidy, especially the pillows & bed sheets, are in Snow White! Hotel is located in Sham Shui Po vicinity with many local restaurants & retail shops nearby, only a 4-5 mins walk to the MTR. The staff there are friendly & helpful, responded to our request promptly, especially Ralf & Justin. Really appreciate their professionalism!

Our family of 4 stayed at E Hotel for 5 nights. Location of this hotel is great with walking distance to: 1) 2 MTR lines (Red and Green line) 2) Lots of food options around the Sham Shui Po neighbourhood 3) Quite a few Michelin-star eateries e.g. Kung Ho Beancurd, Hop Yik Tai, Tim Ho Wan etc... Rooms are small which is common in Hong Kong but they are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at E Hotel.

**Excellent service** During our stay at the E Hotel, it happened to be the typhoon season in Hong Kong. The entire city was being battered by strong winds and heavy rain, resulting in flooding everywhere. Even though the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station was just a five-minute drive away, no taxi driver was willing to take us there. Fortunately, Mr. Zheng, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful. He not only personally called a taxi driver for us but also carried our luggage to the taxi, getting himself completely drenched in the rain. Such dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for guests are truly commendable. I hope Mr. Zheng receives the recognition he deserves, and may the hotel thrive in its business.
