Overall nice. If you have low budget don't afraid. For single person it's good. Metro within 100 meters, nice to CU 40 meters and for good also close to you.

I stayed here for a week and it is about average for this sort of accommodation which has working people in single rooms. It does seem a little run down but the toilets and showers are better than some. There is always night time noise in this kind of place and this is no exception but others are worse. I would sum it up as okay.

Place is too clean. the location looks like administratif district, all people respect each other , there is no problem with transportation, you can take many buses from many stations, also the Elivingtel is near from Seocho station, just 2 minute by foot to entrance 1 - 2 -3 and 4 .
