This is an affordable, clean, family oriented hotel in the Gangnam area. A 2 star just a stone's throw away from Yeoksam station exit 3. Furniture a bit dated, if you don't mind classics. Bathroom and room is clean - no bedbugs. Floor is heated with thermostat and lighting controlled by the bedhead. Hairdryer, mini fridge, iron and ironing board in room. There's a tv too - remote control and shows in korean. Close enough to a convenience store in the rear alley for snacks and local drinks. Oh yes, and do check, do check out the Tteokboki stall in the alley too.

stayed 2 nights here I was 10th floor and the room above us was really loud through whole day even 5 in the morning Young Korean Junkies was having a party in this hotel Worst night ever DO NOT COME HERE

It has superb location. Right in the heart of gangnam area Infront of metro station and near all bus stations. All takeaways l, restaurants and shopping malls are at walking distance. But flip side was the shabby rooms. Bathrooms had no exhaust, ceiling of rooms was too low so overall it have a very shabby look with strange smell. Plus beds were not comfortable at all.

The building is very old, room looked ugly, very old and uncomfortable. There one small window in the room and even it was covered with plastic so no day light in the room at all. Room smells as well and there is no sound proof, you can hear sould tpilet flashing from others. Toilet in the room is flashing from time to time itself so you hear weir noizes all the time. Slippers in the room are old and you dond even know if they wash them at all,they are not packed. Staff at reception is very good, very nice, helpful and quick. Staff is like in the 5 star hotel i wish the building itself was better. Location is good, in 45 minutes walk from Coex expo and shopping mall.
