The hotels location is very good, it is 10 minutes walking to the old town. The reception group are so friendly except for one guy who works at night shift, I don’t know his name because he didn’t put his name. I was talking to him but he was ignoring me acting like he was doing something in the computer, I just asked him to give me a plastic bag because the rubbish in my room was full and there’s no room service at night, after I asked him he was staring at me in a rude way like I am disturbing him or somthing and really he scared me by that strange look and after 40 seconds he said by loud voice and there was no one else in the reception accept me and him so way he rise his voice like this…he said I don’t have a plastic bag I can’t help you, you have to wait for room service next day, I said how can I sleep in a room full of rubbish please help me you should find something in room service section or something, he started looking at me from up to down and said I don’t have I can’t help you.Also my family asked him before me something else and he replied I am busy with another customer I can’t help he was so rude. He was working at night shift on 22/11/2023. On the other hand I appreciate all the other receptionist especially “PAVEL” he was a very good friendly person who welcomed us in very polite way and give us a really good stereotype of Czech people hospitality and I believe this guy most be a hotel manger and should teach people how they should treat hotel guests.

Great rooms in an amazing location in prague!! Breakfast was varied and had lots of good choices for everyone. The man at reception was very kind when we checked in late at night. We were able to park at the EA crystal palace then take the short walk to this one.

Customer service is real problem in this hotel. We arrived in the evening vert tired after flight and at the reception 2 guys looked at us as we are bothering them. We asked we would like to check in and with rude voice we got response they are changing shift we have to wait 5 min. After finally getting room we entered and it wasn't clean and smelled so bad. At the reception we got info it can be cleaned tomorrow- but luckily they changed our room. Next room was better but later on I realised towels are dirty and one was with hole. We had duvet that was very dirty as well and bedsheet. Next day we returned from full day trip and our room after cleaning didn't have floor moped, glasses were not cleaned and bed duvet and sheets weren't changed. I went to complain to reception and again received information the guy can deal tomorrow with it as today there is no staff responsible for it. I asked him if he would like to sleep in dirty room like that he answered he doesn't like hotels. I felt no point of talking to him anymore and requested manager phone number and since then was only in touch with Radek. He was very helpful but for first time in my life I was changing bedsheets in the hotel myself and overall cleaning and reception seevice is huge problem there.
