The best thing about this place is its proximity to the metro (in two stations you are in the center) and that it has a tram 22 stop very close (this is the one that takes you to the castle). The neighborhood is quite lively It is quite cheap and the hotel itself has no charm. The people at the reception speak good enough English to be helpful. For some reason the plugs are almost all behind the beds so it is difficult to charge electronic devices (we had to use the ones in the bathroom). The rooms are kept at a good temperature

The room is clean, they tidy our room nicely everyday. There was no kettle or fridge in the room but the receptionist was very nice and helpful - he offered to bring us hot water to the room (and that was after midnight!) and he let us store our leftover food in the fridge at the lobby. "A" line metro was just around the corner and walking to the old town is only 30 minutes away. Mini market and restaurants within walking distance too. Therefore I would say the location is good.

This place is more like a hostel. You have private room, that's the only difference. Although my room was clean and tidy, I had bad smell coming from bathroom, like urine. It was always there. Wi-fi was not present at all. Stay away from corner located rooms, my advice. I used up all my mobile data. When I complained about it, they said "all rooms are like this". Room literally has nothing in it. No wi-fi, no fridge, no TV, no bottled water, nothing. Cannot believe this is a 3-star rated hotel. If you need just somewhere to sleep and good location, then you can stay here. But anything else, a huge no. Just look for airbnb for the same price. You will be more than okay. Overall; a complete failure. Not recommended.
