Good location with many F&B outlets nearby the hotel. Queensbay Mall is within walking distance from the hotel. Attended an event at the hotel Grand Ballroom. Driving into the hotel basement parking ramps between levels is extremely challenging due to the very narrow ramps .The parking fee rate is very expensive too.

I would like to thank your manager Mr Imran (at the front desk) for attending to my request during my family's stay. He managed to secure a bath chair for my elderly dad to use. It relieved my mum and myself of a lot of stress over any potential fall inside the shower. He had also been helpful in attending to my parcel delivery. I'm thankful for his assistance and warm reception. Will be returning again hopefully soon!

For someone who is very keen on cleanliness, our room consider a clean room, quite sound proof. Comfortable bed with stain-free sheet, complimentary drinks in room. Free gym and pool facility, recommended.

The hotel has a good location. It is close to a high-quality shopping mall, restaurants, and pubs and not far away from the industrial park. I had booked a queen bed but it was out when I check-in. So I am staying in a twin beds room. The room is a little tiny but for a single guest should be not a problem. It is clean and housekeeping did a good job every day even you leave the room on the afternoon. You always have a clean and comfortable room when you back. I will like to recommend it to everyone and stay again on my next trip here.

Kind of disappointed with the room of a 5 stars hotel. 2 incidents,first is a water cooker with a leaking bottom, second was a tower rack fell on my head. Will this was taken care of within reasonable time frame. The towel rack was fixed onto the wall again and wobbled, but the technician said oh look! I put my bag and it wont fall. So, he is in a way quite smart. Well i should not complain because i have a towel rack again right? But the question is how could this happened??? Does thee standard of a 5 stars hotel allows a towel rack that wobbles??? 🤔
