Had a great stay! The room was fantastic, especially the comfy beddings. Food was alright, nothing extraordinary. Staff were awesome, except for the one lady at the front desk who delayed our check-in and was pretty rude. We got the special decor for our anniversary , and it was just okay, nothing too impressive. But overall, the hotel is super accommodating. They offered refreshments in the room, which was nice. Would definitely consider visiting again.

My wedding was held in January 2024. Thanks to Account Manager, Ms Calynn Teng for her professional management skills. She explained every single detail from beginning to end. Thanks for her help. The Grand Ballroom is spacious with great environment. Had a pleasant wedding at Olive Tree Hotel Penang. Highly recommended!

Housekeeping seriously need improvement. They never clean our room despite already turn on the notification for made up my room. Have to always go to reception and request to made up my room. That also they came in wrong timing despite already told them specific timing. Asked for towel from housekeeping , either never arrive or gave the wrong towel. Housekeeping line also hardly get answered. Other than that, we are satisfied with the hotel staff especially very friendly, the hotel room also very spacious.
