This is well organized super comfy located in 30km away from the airport. Rooms and the hotel is very modern. Value for money. Their breakfast buffet is with lot of selection option. Highly recommended!!

A very clean, hygienic and tidy hotel. The rooms are well heated and the air conditioning works very well. It is well-maintained and clean. There is a metro line underneath. It is very close to shopping malls. I liked it very much. The rooms are architecturally beautifully designed.

The hotel is very centrally located for a stay in Hangzhou. There is a subway stop right next to the hotel. The hotel has good breakfast and clean rooms. Unfortunately, the staff only speaks Chinese, which makes communication difficult for international guests. Even if you leave before breakfast time (7 a.m. to 10 a.m.), you unfortunately have no option to receive a “care package/breakfast to take away” or similar from the hotel (not even fruit or yoghurt). Unfortunately, the cost of breakfast will not be reimbursed in this case either.
