I have just spent 4 nights in this hotel. Its a great base during your stay in Rome. The location is perfect, not too far from the train station/metro and generally within a 30 min walk from most attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace was a nice spot to sit and have a drink in the evening. Check in was super easy, especially as we checked in after hours - great communication from the hotel prior to this. I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Rome and would happily stay again.

Room was exactly what we needed, top location, short walk from everywhere, and when in the room it was very quiet and staff great, would definitely stay again, very very good

I am unable to leave a review directly on booking.com so I will do it here. The hotel room was wonderful and the staff was really friendly and we settled in quickly. Also I wanted to thank Danielle for helping me get my stolen wallet back. This is not a common service and I am greatly thankful that even though it was not his responsibility, he kindly took care of it in my place. If I decide to come back to Rome, I will definitely consider checking in here again. Thank you so much!

Room does not match the photos at all; not comfortable bedding; very dark bedroom and bathroom Totally unbearable noise - Room not soundproofed, you can hear people from other rooms talking, the reception bell which often rings each time a customer wants to enter the building, impossible to rest and sleep - They put earplugs in the room, even with that there was too much noise, we were woken up both days around 5/6 a.m. because of the other rooms leaving; and the tram that passes because the rooms are on the first floor Bad smell : - There is a balcony which overlooks the courtyard, and the ventilation of the restaurants which are also overlooking the courtyard, so it is impossible to open the window because of the bad smells of fried foods which enter and stink up the room Not clean : - The room was not very clean with several stains on the sheets and towels - Only one sheet, there are throws in the closet but they were not clean and smelled bad, there was a duvet in the closet but no fitted sheet to cover the duvet
