Good value for price. The rooms include a bed, bathroom, wardrobe, AC, fridge and hairdryer. Although things could use a repair here and there, there is nothing bothering. As can be read in other reviews, there is a minor problem with the faucet that could make you wet. However this is easily solved by turning on the faucet at a lower pressure. Hence no deal breakers. There is also a common space with a simple kitchen. It also includes a laundry machine. There is housekeeping from time to time, and the rooms look clean. Guests are generally very decent and friendly. It is possible to hear people speak in the hallway, and from time to time you can hear someone flush the toilet or use the shower. These sounds are generally not disturbing and relatively short lasting. Especially if you are out all day. The neighborhood is relatively calm compared to other parts of the city, and it is close to a few supermarkets. In addition to this, the accommodation is very centrally located. The metro station Manzoni is just a 3 minute walk away. From here it only takes 2 minutes to get to the main station Termini. All other destinations reachable by metro like the Vatican or Colosseum are within 15 minutes' reach. All in all, I would definitely recommend it. Especially considering value for price.
