Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very nice. Fridge with a freeze compartment and the tv is next to a plug so you can use your fire stick if you have one. AC worked great. Only issue we had was that the toilet didn’t refill the water, every time we flushed we had to top up the tank with the bidet…

a little further out of old town than i would have wanted. but that being said i did book late for new years so the location rating probably more on me. it can work if you dont mind commutes. the service was decent to be honest, the rooms do not match the pictures but which hotel at this price does? it was survivable. i personally would prefer to take something closer to old town for myself next time. oh and its a noisy place (like at night its not a good sleep) and the beds are built of rocks or atleast that was my impression.

service is terrible. the main reason I booked this hotel was because of the gym.. however when you arrive there is no more gym just 4 covered pieces of equipment in reception, definitely not the place to work out. this hotel needs to remove all photos of gym as it's false advertising!! also you can't pay for breakfast with card, and refuse to let me pay cash when I check out. I have to say the men working reception in the evenings were helpful however the women during the morning were very unhelpful and rude with the responses and facial expressions. avoid this hotel if you want to be treated like a human.
