Most of staff were very kind and helpfull. Some of them little rude and annoying. Rules are clear, but little extravagant. Rooms are clean and good. Location is good and the pool gives a nice touch to the accommodation.

Beautiful, quiet, and unique place, very close to everything you want in Chiang Mai. Very clean, pool is very nice, staff super helpful.

Absolutely amazing for the price. This hotel is in the perfect location, it has loads of character and it’s so well maintained. We booked for 1 night and extended to 4 within about half an hour of our arrival! We were pretty gutted to be leaving this little oasis!
