Beautiful hotel with excellent location. The rooms were quiet, clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the friendly reception staff who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, supermarkets, shops,restaurants and a host of cafes. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

My wife and I spent a week in the double room with a “view” of the Eiffel Tower. First of all, the so called view was only the upper part of the Eiffel Tower, but we could live with that. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was great, near everything we needed. The negative was the room, on top of the view as I already said, the room was really small, for a couple with two luggages was impossible to move around, the storage room was tiny, we fit just some of my stuff. However, the best part was the toilet. I am 5ft6, not a tall guy and I couldn’t use the toilet properly, if you are 6ft you can’t do your business at all, also the shower is basically a tiny square, where you have to decide if you wash your front or your back when you enter, because if you try to turn around your butt will hit the handle and you will get a very hot or cold shot of water. Furthermore, the rooms are not sound proof, I could hear my next door neighbours having sex and snoring throughout the night. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if you are staying longer than two nights.

prior to arrival, the hotel texted requesting status updates and said they would try to have the room ready prior to check in. we arrived early and was told the room would be ready at 3 (normal check in time) which was fine. we waited in the lobby and 3 pm came and went with no update. around 315, our room was not ready at check in time and while we waited we were not given updates or any form of an apology. once we got checked in, missing check in info (breakfast times/cost, etc). there was one nice person but everyone else we interacted was dry. the breakfast is NOT INCLUDED and we were not made aware. it is sub par (okay croissants, cold eggs, watery coffee, juice/tea, yogurt, cheese, etc). definitely recommend putting the money towards a nice cafe instead. the room is very small and the bathroom is a hazard. (shower door did not close properly and water was everywhere). was constantly having to step over my belongings and avoid hitting the walls and other parts of the room. the pillows were not comfortable. the walls are VERY THIN. if someone in the next room sets an early alarm, you will hear it. the only pros were a partial view of the eiffel tower, it looked pretty clean (minus a lot of dust under the bed), and the location was very good (lots of restaurants and cafes and very walkable).

We loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet with lots of choices, and it is served until 1:30 so you have lots of time to go in the morning before they close. It is also in a good location, lots of restaurants, easy walking to many sights, good access to metro and bus lines. We has a junior suite and our room was very nice with good AC, nice windows to open, and lots of space. Occasionally we could hear doors to other rooms slam closed, or the person above us walking or banging something. But mostly it was peaceful and calm. It was a very calming, good experience at this hotel.
