Amazing hostel! We stayed in a 14-bed room and it was the best dorm I have ever stayed in. The toilet and shower are separated. Everything is really modern and clean. Especially the lady at the reception was extremely nice and helped us with everything. The only thing missing is a stove in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

First of all the hostel is very clean. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They take care of the customers the same way they take care about the hostel. If you plan to come visit Bilbao, go to this hostel. By the way if you need good infos about the city, Oscar is your man. Muchas gracias a todos -Will

I don’t understand the low rating (3,7). It was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. They even changed our room of 14 people to 10 (same price) so me and my boyfriend can share a bunk bed. It was clean, comfortable and well designed. We really enjoyed our stay and we do recommend coming here. Especially for the price. Hope we will be able to come again :)) The kitchen could use some pots and a cooking plate. Otherwise it was perfect

We had a veeerry pleasant stay! I slept better than in my bed at home. The atmosphere of the rooms is really cozy and comfortable. The receptionists must have changed - they were super friendly and helping. It’s really close to the old town, located in an area that seems to be a bit rougher and more multicultural (which I like). Don’t know about the safety at nights. A few things that could be improved: The division of the garbage doesn’t work because it’s not been made visible enough which bin is which. There is no real possibility to cook (which seems to be normal in Hostels of this area). Also no cutting boards or other equipment. There is no daylight in the community room. So the atmosphere was a bit too dark and closed off for me at some point. But still, I never stayed at such a nice hostel for 15 euros! When I’m back in Bilbao I would stay here again. Thanks Oscar and the others! 👋🏼🙂
