Excellent value for money. The hosts are friendly, and very responsive to requests. If you are traveling on a budget, I would suggest this location. Easy stroll to the Vatican (and two metro stations), and there are also many restaurants nearby. It was also generally quiet at night. A note: bring cash for the Roma Tax (standard for all accommodations in Rome)

Overall great experience and Gianluca is a good host. Remember to have some cash to pay the Rome overnight tax which was Euro 5 per person per night. Compared to the cost of other accommodation, this was very reasonable. We used Ubers to get around if we weren't walking.

Absolutely no hot, not even warm water for a shower at 6:00 PM after a sweaty day of sightseeing. The shower temperature in the morning is fine, but our sightseeing days have all been in the high 20s, even 30° C today. Would love to shower off the sweat and dust. Rooms are cleaned daily in the AM, and there's a pleasant communal kitchen with a fridge, tea, and instant coffee. The guy who checks you in does just that and leaves. He is accessible by WhatsApp and responds promptly. Excellent English. We came with bicycles and could keep them in our room but were not allowed to use the elevator. Had to hump them up 4 floors. Hotel is very well situated, has AC and loads of restaurants nearby. Bike Shop 'Bike and Ride' was at the end of the street, a 5 minute ride. We got them to box our bikes and organize a van to take us to the airport. Excellent English!

Really good value for money. Very good b&b, very friendly informative hosts who couldn’t be more happy to assist you. Perfect location to visit Vatican and surrounding areas and walking distance from other main attractions. We were given a room upgrade for the first 2 nights here to a family room, which was amazing & then the other 2 nights were moved to our original booking due to other bookings which was absolutely fine… large rooms and very comfy beds, with a communal kitchen for all guests to use. Breakfast was offered by the b&b from a nearby cafe at a cost of €2.50 which got you a croissant and coffee. Overall a really good 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again

Good value for money to stay at this location – close to the metro line, walking distance to the Vatican and other popular tourist sites. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive and certainly helped us settle in and get about. We were also allowed to leave our bags securely on our last day before we left for the airport. The rooms were generally clean. That being said, towels were swapped only every other day. The breakfast provided (at a café close by) was nice but quite limited, the staff there could also crack a smile now and then. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is a quiet and safe area to stay. Air con was good. If you are travelling on a budget, we would highly recommend this place to stay!
