don't be fooled by the impressive hall, the rooms are nothing like it. The room we stayed in had a bed frame that was hanging by a thread. It's a miracle it didn't break completely during the night. Cleaning is superficial at best clearly noone has cleaned under the beds for a looooong time. The whole room STANK of old stale cigarette smoke. Only reason we spend the night is that we had travelled all day and it was 2am in the morning. Everyone including kids were exhausted. Needless to say we stayed the ONE night only and will NEVER EVER stay there again! Only good point of this disgusting hotel is the location.

Wi-Fi didn't work for whole 10 days that I stayed in the hotel. Everyday they would find an excuse. The staff in general was very polite apart from the lady that was one day in the reception that she was quite rude. Air condition doesn't work. The TV has only 3 very foggy arabic channels. Other than that, what you pay is what you get. 3 star hotel for Tunisian standards. In other places would barely be 2 stars

This is the kind of hotel that makes you think that you have landed in some sort of a remake of The Shinning. 3/4 of the floors are abandoned with doors unhooked and cigarette buds all over the place. The windows of the rooms don't close properly which makes a creepy sound when the wind hits the building. No one seems to clean the rooms, we found dirty sheets, towels, bathroom floor etc. while the balcony was full once again of cigarette buds. To be fair, the staff is nice but that is probably due to the fact that Tunisians in general are really hospitable
