We stayed here for my father’s 70th birthday celebration. What a wonderful luxury boutique hotel experience. The location is perfect, easy to get a cab right out the front door, easy location for cab to understand to return to. Beautiful lobby and rooms, attentive staff/concierge that made wonderful recommendations for restaurants and set up guided tours for us at Casa Vicens and the Picasso Museum.

The service is the worst I have ever had. The electricity cut for 4 hours and They didn’t have a technical guy because he was working in a different hotel. Which I’m not responsible about. They didn’t want to exchange the room to one which is working. I would never recommend anyone to go there. The owner of the building was shouting at us for asking for Compensation.

Construction next door This is a great place in an unbeatable location but the mandarin oriental is building a condo tower next door and the jackhammers start early every day and it drove us nuts. The building is beautiful the service is great, the location is unbeatable!
