The customer service was friendly and gave us what we needed . The rooms were fine (we were at 501) and there wasn't anything special about it. However, the lift was a bit of an issue as it can carry on person at a time, so meaning you have to take the stairs often. The breakfast was OK and it was halal but it was very limited of options.the location however isn't near the tourist spots so you have to take a taxi or other transport

they gave ground floor room despite booking better rooms and claimed/lied it was upgrade. The beds were very cheap and gave me so much back pain.. The restaurant/breakfast has very limited options and no one communicates which food is veg or not. The rooms are tiny and have views of garbage/trash outside. They are also over charging on airport transfer I came to hotel for 670 lira and they told to go to same airport it’s 1200 lira very bad there are much better hotels for this price in Istanbul that I stayed in!

We ordered normal room and we got room in the basement! It has tiny windows by ceiling and it's directly on the street. The room is definitely not sound proof I can hear even people walking 😔 And the room smells so bad 😔 the pool is 15 eur per hour! As we were told by the lady guarding there. And breakfast - if you come early, you don't have place to sit, if you come late, you don't have food left 🥹 I do not recommend.

Arrived at the hotel just after 1am and given a ground floor room. I asked if it was noisy due to the main rd but was told no. 1.5 hours later and it is ridiculously noisy with loud traffic passing by, horns sounding etc. Impossible to sleep. I politely asked to change rooms but the 2 men at reception were extremely unhelpful and refused to let us change rooms despite them reassuring us that it wasn't a noisy room before we stepped foot inside the room. They now claim that the hotel is full and as we have been inside the room that we can't move. I have been told to speak to the manager Orhan in the morning. Hopefully his customer service skills are better than his staff's. I have been to Turkey many times and love the country and people hence why I return at least once every year. 1st time in Istanbul though so it's a shame that my 1st night has been such a disappointment.

Definetely not recommended, the rooms are dirty, does not look like on the pictures. The manager answer about the poor condition was unacceptable. He said "everyone has got instagram so you should not be surprised about the difference between photos and real life" - Really, that is the answer? This is the worst and the most unprofessional answer which i received. the breakfast was poor, a lot of salads which were not fresh. In terms of breakfast products there was poor differenciation. The biggest problem is that hotel do not give information on the website that the pool, sauna is not included in price... really do not recoomend, is a scam hotel, the only positive thing was the localization. To summarize : breakfast - poor rooms - very small and dirty localization - good facilities - very poor
