Absolutely love this hotel! They always satisfy our expectations. We come here pretty often ever since a few years ago and their staff have welcomed us with friendliness and warmth every time! Their rooms and cleanliness do not disappoint either; clean sheets, rooms, and bathrooms every time. We have met some lovely people from the restaurant and they have made our stay here so easy and so enjoyable. They are always so pleasant to have a chat with, are extremely patient, and very helpful! Thank you Element Ubud for welcoming us in such a kind and warm manner on each and every one of our visits.

It's a very satisfying hotel. It was great to be with children. because the staff was friendly and children could play mini basketball and dart games. Toyota Smart Shuttle and Hotel Shuttle were available, so it was convenient to move around.

It was an amazing stay. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included in the booking but they added it as a complimentary option for our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The food was yummy and the location was great that helped us access the places we wanted to go easily. The ambiance of the hotel, restaurant and the hospitality of the staffs made it an unforgettable experience for us. Would love to visit again 😃

Booked 2 rooms here for 2 nights to stay with my friends. The rooms and amenities were in great condition and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even attempted to speak our language just to make us feel at home. After checking out, we stayed at another internationally renowned hotel in Nusa Dua but the condition of the rooms, amenities and staff service cannot compare to the warmth and memorable service rendered by the team in Elements Bali Ubud. Will definitely stay here again!

Wow! What can I say - a most warm and welcoming staff, gorgeous and quiet suite with balcony, and absolutely delicious cuisine from their restaurant. Which was also the perfect entree to Balinese breakfast and cuisine guided by their friendly and helpful staff. My room overlooked a peaceful setting of palm trees and houses and rice fields. And they have complimentary bikes for exploring the area! It's a quick 15 minute ride to downtown Ubud or 20 minutes to the Monkey Sanctuary. I'd absolutely recommend this Westin Element property to anyone visiting Ubud!
