When our flight got delayed and we missed our connection, United airlines reserved this hotel for us for an overnight stay. We were so pleasantly surprised! Very newly built, modern, very clean, awesome hotel! The rooms have super high ceilings with modern furniture and smart layout. The staff is so friendly and professional. The shuttle to the airport is fully electric!!!! Highly recommended…

It's a pretty new hotel so everything is fresh and clean. We checked in after 9pm and it was quite busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed but still treated us kindly. There are ample dining spots to choose from all within walking distance.

Chose this hotel specifically for the close distance to the airport and would honestly stay here again even if it weren’t for the airport! From the moment I checked in, the attentive staff were also very kind, and really established the “we are happy you’re here” kind of energy. I had my dog staying with me and the rooms / outside area were all clean and well kept for her to move around comfortably. Utilized the fitness center and again.. very clean and had all the basic equipment to get after it! Robin, the bartender, was amazing. We chatted for some time and she is very professional yet down to earth and knew what she was doing! Thanks again for the enjoyable stay!

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and I'm so glad we did because it snowed our last two days in Denver! Upon arrival, we called to see if we could check in early; thankfully, they were able to get a room prepared for us quickly. Mattie and Phillip were extremely helpful and nice during check-in; and, honestly, all the staff were very friendly and helpful the entire visit. We had no complaints about the room or hotel. As a matter of fact, my husband and I have decided to seek out Element first when traveling. We definitely recommend this location!!!

First, they were cleaning the carpeting for over 2 hours through 9:30pm and it was so loud in the lobby we couldn’t even hear the receptionist. The lobby had an overwhelming chemical smell. Second, we were told by the unfriendly front desk person that the bar was open until 10 and it closed at 8:30. Third, the shuttle only goes to the airport on the hour - not on demand, so we had to leave 45 min earlier than we would have liked. The rooms are spacious but it wasn’t even worth it because the rest of the stay was so unenjoyable. Not staying here again and will not recommend.
