I find this hotel is very cozy and one of the quitest places to stay. Not so far from center. And administrator very polite person. Will come back soon for sure!

The only plus of this hotel is its location. There is no cleaning in the rooms, linen is not changed, the staff is absolutely indifferent. When we arrived, there was no hot or cold water for a day; we couldn’t wash ourselves off the road. When leaving, they demanded money for a cleaning product in order to wash the pillowcase that had become dirty for 5 days; in their opinion, the linen should remain the same white as upon arrival, without taking into account that people slept for 5 days, and the first day due to the lack of water they slept dirty. The staff does not notice their shortcomings at all. Complete disappointment with the hotel.

My family and I rented a room on the first floor for several days. I'll share some impressions. There is a shared kitchen (at home) with sufficient equipment and utensils. If, of course, the hotel is full, then of course a queue will form. There is a good washing machine, but there is only one folding clothes dryer for the entire hotel; if you wash your underwear, you will have to show it to the entire hotel - let them be jealous. There is a cooler, but no drinking water. I asked to order water with my payment, for some reason the staff was unable to do this. The staff allows themselves to smoke in the kitchen. There is no cleaning in the rooms, therefore there is no replenishment of consumables such as soap, toilet paper and other things that are common in hotels. The door to the bathroom and from it to the street does not close, and accordingly there is no sound insulation either. No disposable slippers. It is customary to take off shoes before entering the hotel and not in the room and walk everywhere barefoot. Insufficient lighting, no table lamps, if you want to read, you won’t be able to do anything. The light in the shower constantly flickers. No robes. All the doors are creaking. From the street to the shower room the doors and windows are transparent; from the second floor everything can be seen if desired. There is WIFI, which is very good, but it constantly disappears or at times the speed is simply nonexistent, which is why I didn’t use it. In general, if you are an expat and are used to standard hotels, then this is definitely not the place for you. As for other things, staying alone for one night, in my opinion, is quite possible, if the above does not bother you.
