It‘s too overpriced for what it is. Rooms are nice but extremely cold and lots of stains on the carpet. The cold could be adapted with an additional heater which was good. Conference venue is the worst I have ever seen: temperature switches that are extreme. Construction right above the conference hall during the event. Service is really variable. There are people who are lovely and try to give you the best experience, others make you wait for 30 minutes because they don’t know if you can do laundry. Others give you weird looks when you explain that lactose free and vegan is a difference. I guess better training of staff would be great. The cleaning lady was my highlight who wanted to clean my room, I wanted to nap a bit longer and she came back later. So easy, when the staff told me it wouldn’t be possible.

The rooms are very small by North American standards but very comfortable. The location is great. Close to the university, subways and trains. Many excellent cafes and restaurants and it is far from the tourist areas. Mostly Stockholm locals. Photos are a single occupancy room I stayed in. There is literally space for a single person. I've stayed in smaller rooms in Japan.

Room is clear and nice. Only negative thing is heating, during December, room was a bit cold. Breakfast is totally enough, there are lots of food incl. vegan buffet. Personnel is helpful and smiley. Location is not bad, if you want to visit city, buy SL ticket over app you may use various vehicles for travel which has SL logo.

It's a nice hotell, friendly and helpful staff. We used the SPA which was fairly ok and had a wonderful lunch salad there. The breakfast was ok, but I can be quite picky there, they had what you'd expect. The hotell is a bit off the beaten path but it takes about 10-15 min of walking to get to a transportation hub. So, semiaffordable and nice hotell with SPA quite close to Stockholm city.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, everything from the entrance to the hotel rooms. The staff are all pleasant, helpful and responsive. The bed is firm enough, we would have liked it to be a little softer, but it was still perfectly fine. It is not rock hard. There was a small fridge that could keep a few bottles of drink chilled. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. At the back there is a grocery store that is open 24/7. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the nearest subway, which is still perfectly fine. The hotel is not super central, so if you want to do a lot of things in the city and don't want to go every day, you might want to look at a different hotel. We liked living on the outskirts as it is a bit quieter to live outside the city central. The breakfast is not particularly varied for us who come from Europe, the breakfast is more focused on the Asian market. The fridge is a bit too small and has difficulty keeping drinks properly cold, especially during the summer when it can get very hot.
