The impression is that many people live there rather than stay. So you might not be able to use a locker in a room. The people are clearly different from other hostels. Here's why "bed bugs" are in the reviews. They don't change the bed sheets. They only organise the pillows and quilts. I saw the scene of that. I was so shocked. How disgusting it is. Furthermore, the only air conditioning is a fan. Corridors and rooms smell bad.

Scary and dirty room, very bad smell everywhere. Be careful to book this hostel because it isn’t like pictures that they showed. I stayed only 1 night and had to checked out next day!!

Do not book this hostel! It’s more like a homeless shelter. I had my own room and I think it had never been cleaned. Stains on the bed, walls and floor, sheets were disgusting and not clean, mattress older than me, dust everywhere. In the middle of the night I had people trying to UNLOCK MY DOOR and people physically flighting and yelling in the hallway and vacuuming?? There’s signs on the doors to the homeless people saying don’t buy a bed and invite all your friends to stay. The room opposite mine was a bunk room but it was owned by one lady who was a rubbish horder and you couldn’t see the floor. There was an old guy walking around like a zombie with no pants on and pee all over the shared toilet seat. A young girl was crying at the front desk begging to be moved rooms because she felt unsafe. I felt so unsafe and i didn’t sleep that night, next morning I canceled the rest of the stay, definitely one to remember.

If you want to book it, DON'T. I arrived in Melbourne and booked Elizabeth's hostel. It was the worst decision. Everything is dirty, the kitchen, the room, the bathroom and the people. The girl at the reception is very unprofessional. We waited for her to do the check in and she came back after 30 minutes, eating an ice-cream. She tooks minutes to find the keys because she only had one hand to take it (the other one with an ice cream). She doesn't care about customers. FYI you are going to live with drug addicts and very weird people. They are going to talk to you in the kitchen or stare at you while you are cooking. It isn't worth the price even if it's super cheap. I'd recommend you to get a little bit more expensive hostel and you'll have a better experience. And you will NOT HAVE WIFI in your room. DON'T GO THERE!
