To prospective guests, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. We had a wedding in Addis Ababa in July, and we contacted the hotel months before the event, informing them of 30 Norwegian guests attending the wedding. They assured us of accommodation and even mentioned a discount. Unable to book online due to the promised discount, we contacted them numerous times from Norway to confirm the arrangements. Upon arriving in Addis with my husband, we visited the hotel three times to update them on the guests' arrival and requested a bus to pick them up from the airport. The hotel reassured us that everything was in order. However, on the day of our guests' arrival, the manager, whom I believe was named "AMAN," informed us that there were no available rooms and no prior booking. This left us in shock, as we had no backup plan. Before my visit, the hotel had asked if I could assist with exchanging dollars for my guests, which I declined. I assume this refusal might be the reason for their unprofessional conduct. In contrast, we found excellent service, rooms, and tour guides at Capital Hotel, where we secured rooms for 40 people for two weeks. I strongly caution against choosing this hotel due to their lack of professionalism.

Dear foreıgners dont come thıs hotel I gave 0 point for hotel management . I came to hotel thıs mornıng wıth my frıend reception she is tryıng to take money from my frıend my friend tryıng to transfer money but manager say at the same time there is no room . The reason my frıend is little bit drank but he doesnt do any bad thıng plus he is not talkıng loudly only his eyes are closing . And our Frıend is in another room . I am a foreigner . He is ethiopian he have got 2 car gallery . But manager he doesnt lıke us he saıd there is a group / group wıll do check in 2 pm . After ı came ask downstaır ı wanna eat breakfast bar worker he told me you cant eat breakfast you have to sleep over nıght here ı Said do you want ı go sleep and tomorrow ı want come . Extreme stupıd workers : rooms are nice and clean . I told reception send me 1 towel more and brush they dıdnt . I do 6 year 4 star hotel management in my country : your workers are very bad . Very clean and neat, very secured from outside door ! But receptionist are the worst, No hot water, No steam service at all while they charge for all together, the room is very cold,

Clean and specious room , horrible customer service , no hot water in my first stay and no hot water in my second stay ( couldn't cancel my booking still no hot water ) mobile phone listed on Google search and number is always off After two months I gave it a try again today just because my flight arrived early morning at 1.30 Hotel still doesn't have hot shower and it never had hot shower Room is clean but missing toilet paper , towels , napkins and worst of all is someone has to walk you to the room to open the door receptionist said guest key is not working and wifi is horrible The problem is the owner feels we try to hurt his business by posting such a bad review but management has no clue what's needed to run a hotel its a lot more than just raising the building. I will not stay here for free going forward
