+Pro- suite #103 We are a family of 5 and we shared a tiny suite with 3 adult children - 2 separate bathrooms was good. Very clean and comfortable with a tiny kitchenette with a washing machine and nespresso ~Cons- cleaning staff make lots of noise in central courtyard very early then hotel guests smoke and talk loudly there too. Sensor lights in courtyard flicker on and off all night- Windows are not sound proof - when the hotel room is stuffy from the heating - if you open the windows for some fresh air- it’s all cigarette smoke and guests will talking loudly- sad to say they were Aussies🥲. Stars for the comfortable beds- no stars for quiet. Felt like a youth hostel. WiFi non existent- and the building blocked all mobile signal. Not recommended.

This is a 3 ⭐️ hotel. If you are coming from the US or Canada, please be advised that this is a Hotel in Paris and it won’t be a large room. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The location is 5 starts, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the street or from the balcony if you look to your left. Close to everything and the metro was just a 5 minutes walk. The room was cozy with a queen bed, we had a small fridge with drinks, a small bathroom with a very small shower. They offer room service every day. Breakfast was served every morning, nothing special, not worth it for the quality, we paid for breakfast and ended up eating at the pastisserie around the corner. The staff was very nice and attentive. We had a late flight, we checked out and left our luggage on hold until we headed to the airport. Very convinient!! Overall a nice experience.

Me and my partner spent five nights here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful . Room is a little small but it’s well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The breakfast is spot on and the hotel is extremely clean. The hotel is in a very well situated area with all forms of transport within a five minute walk.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for 2 nights back in August and less than 48 hours before we were due to check in, received an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled, with no actual reason for said cancellation. Extremely poor communication, customer service and had we been in a spot where no other accomodation was available, what would they expect us to do? pathetic service, would not recommend booking unless you want to travel on egg shells wondering if your reservation will get canned too.
