Lately, the Embassy Suites I have stayed in were in dire need of updating. NOT THIS ONE! The hotel appears brand new. Every area is impeccable. The rooms are sized well, quiet, modern and CLEAN. The beds are comfortable. The food is excellent. I am still dreaming about the snacks during the evening reception and the perfectly cooked omelet during breakfast. I don't know how they do it, but for a hotel so close to the airport, I have never heard a single plane engine while inside of its walls. I live less than 20 minutes from this hotel, but occasionally treat myself, family and friends to this hotel and its amenities because I am never disappointed. Oh, thanks Mr. Marcus, in the restaurant. Keep smiling while doing what you do and while being for knowledgeable about the hotel and guest satisfaction.

Stayed here for easy access to the airport. The free shuttle was very helpful and reliable. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and details at a hotel. This location was PERFECT in regards to cleanliness. The complementary breakfast was the best I have experienced. I had a lot of time to kill before our flight after checkout so my only complaint is that I could not get food or a much needed glass of wine until 5 PM when the bar opened. Usually the snack area at hotels offers small bottles of wine for sale.

Literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast was phenomenal. The front desk attendants Rashad and Gary were so sweet took my pictures in front of that beautiful scenery in the front with the Pete Moss I just had the best time at the Bar as well Neyonce was so sweet and fast with getting us our drinks.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean and the staff provided great customer service. I was able to check in and out from my phone which was great! The room was very clean and spacious and the water temperature was good and hot and the water pressure was strong. I absolutely loved the added security feature of having to use your room key/digital key to access the elevator. I also enjoyed the complimentary reception it was such a nice vibe. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! Those were the best grits I EVER ate!!! Simply magnificent!! I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and in my opinion this location was top tier!!! It was actually better than some of the 5 star hotels. The location is also great! It's right off the interstate and minutes from the airport. I would like to recognize our bartender Marquesia. She was absolutely wonderful! She provided excellent customer service and her personality rocks!!! She went the extra mile to ensure we had an exceptional experience. I would also like to recognize Ms. Bettye. She worked inside the breakfast area. She was such a nice and sweet lady. She also provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to take care of us! We have already told our family and friends to stay here! We definitely will be back!!
