Suitable place to rest with reasonable price. 6 people can stay 8n this units l. Double loft withb2 quen bed and 1 single bed.the Hall, kitchen, toilet are clean. Ample parking space with security guard at the entrance.

Building been here a while. Kind of old but room is ok. The loft I rented is clean and not musty. Sufficiently equiped. Has internet and wifi service. Service is good too.

Stayed here for Airbnb. So convenient, 7eleven, starbucks, bars, restaurant, and the very nice Japanese restaurant accessible at LG floor. Many highways to KL or Kepong area. 5mins to IKEA. Best staycation in Damansara PJ area.

Strategically located studio apartments with a plethora of restaurants in the vicinity. Fairly accessible via public transport which is a plus knowing how tedious it is to navigate around the area. Tranquil surroundings with woods on one side. However, this place has its fair share of downs. For instance, 3 elevators serving some 39 floors of studio apartments are simply inadequate. Expect to wait some 10-15 minutes for the elevator at peak times. Rented an AirBnB for several nights. Nice view but the place seemed unkempt. There is mold on the showerhead and cockroaches were roaming freely in the toilet. Mind you, when I say "cockroaches" I mean there were a few!

If only I could give 0 star. The owner needs to be alert with the key changes happening in the mailbox and always look at your phone whenever your units are being booked! We had to stay at the mailbox area for nearly an hour just because of your silly mistakes and need to be in the wrong room that hasn't been cleaned up yet! Don't even talk about the elevators that have functioned well during the peak hour of check-out! We have to wait for an hour just to get down and even that, we're being helped by the guards to control the traffic because 3 out of 4 have shut down. This is the worst service apartment we have ever booked and safe to say we'll never book our stay here anymore. Shame.
